INTRODUCTION. DEFINITION AND NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The particulars requested for subscribing to the newsletter, which allow the subscription requested by the user, are required. Should you not wish to provide them, subscription is not possible.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we ask you for personal data, particularly your surname, forename, email address etc.
If you send email to the ID Group, we collect the personal data given by you, at least while your request is being processed.
The term “personal data” refers to all data that make it possible to identify an individual, and includes your surname, forename, telephone number, date of birth, email address, bank card number and any data about payment methods you may choose to give us about yourself and generally all the personal data that you may submit.
TITLE II. SCOPE OF THESE RULES
These Rules are aimed at informing you about the means used by ID Group to collect your personal data in strict compliance with your rights.
In that respect, please note that your personal data is collected and managed in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

TITLE III. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

TITLE IV. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Type of information collected and manner of use
The ID Group only collects personal data such as surnames and forenames, electronic addresses, which are voluntarily submitted by you. For example, personal data may be collected from you in order to sign you up for the newsletter.
Such collection is carried out in the legitimate interest of the organisation, with your consent for subscribing to the newsletter.
Users completing the form for subscribing to the newsletter are required to provide their surname, forename and email address.
When users send email to the ID Group using the email address provided in the Contact tab, the ID Group collects the personal data that you provide in addition to your email address.
Users should be cautious about the content of the message sent to us by email. Please do not disclose unnecessary personal data such as your bank account particulars, as that may be harmful to you.
The processed data must be accurate, complete and up to date, and collected in a fair manner. Besides, the processing of sensitive data is prohibited (other than on an exceptional basis).
Your personal data will be collected in order to address one or more of the purposes below:
- Management of your requests
- Management of subscriptions to the newsletter
- Management of applications
- User management
When personal data are collected for the purposes of the newsletter, users are required to provide their surname, forename and electronic address, without which they cannot subscribe.
You may withdraw your consent to subscription to the newsletter at any time, using the procedure indicated in the signature in the messages sent to you.

TITLE V. RECIPIENTS OF COLLECTED DATA
The categories of parties with access to your personal data are the members and employees of the ID Group, subject to their respective duties.
Your personal data may also be communicated to public organisations, for the sole purpose of compliance with legal obligations, and with the competent supervisory authorities.
Sharing of personal data
The ID Group does not sell or transfer any personal data to third parties.
The ID Group may use outside contractors for the performance of a variety of tasks, particularly technical tasks such as the supply of technical services for our website, assistance for promotional campaigns etc. Such contractors may have access to personal data if that is required for the performance of those tasks. Said contractors are required to comply, as is the ID Group, with the laws and regulations on the collection and processing of personal data and the totality of this policy. In any case, such personal data may be used for the sole purpose of performing their tasks, and no other use is permitted.
If the ID Group is required, by virtue of a governmental, legal or court decision to submit data to an authorised third party, it agrees to inform the individuals concerned prior to submission.
TITLE VI. STORAGE TIME OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data shall not be stored for a period longer than the period strictly necessary and reasonable for managing our relationship with you. Beyond that time, your personal data shall be deleted, pseudonymised or encrypted, with the exception of those required for establishing evidence of a right. The storage time of your personal data may vary depending on the purpose of collection. However, below are a few periods identified by the ID Group:
- Till your consent is withdrawn for subscription to the newsletter
- Till your request is processed if any information is requested by email
- Two months or two years with your consent from receipt, in respect of job application components such as CV and application letter.
TITLE VII. SAFETY
Please note that we take all the precautions required to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data, and particularly to prevent alteration or damage or access by unauthorised parties.
For example, we have taken the following steps:
- We use antivirus software and keep it updated all the time and on time, and use a firewall.
- We back up all personal data in order to be able to retrieve them in the event of physical or technical incidents and we keep the backed up data adequately protected;
- We test and assess our measures from time to time and adjust them if necessary;
- Our employees are informed and made aware of the importance of protecting personal data. They apply a certain number of clear guidelines, undergo regular training and are informed of their responsibilities.
- These employees have access to your data to the extent that they need such data to carry out their tasks satisfactorily.
- Any new projects with an effect on your privacy undergo an in-depth analysis to guarantee your rights and to keep your personal data secure and protected.

In order to better serve you, we measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits and the activities of visitors on the website and their return frequency. To that end, we use cookie technology.

TITLE XI. MODIFICATIONS
Modifications to our personal data protection policy
The ID Group may modify this personal data protection policy from time to time, and users are advised to periodically review its content here. However, rest assured that no change will be applied retroactively or will affect the manner in which data collected earlier are processed.
TITLE XII. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU
In principle, such transfers are prohibited.
Exceptions:
- To countries recognised by the European Commission (Canada, Switzerland, Argentina, Jersey etc.);
- Or, in the event of a transfer to the United States of America, if the recipient company is Safe Harbor compliant;
- Or if an exception provided in the GDPR is put forward;
- Or if the party to which the data relate has expressly consented to transfer
- Or if the transfer is necessary on some exceptional conditions.
TITLE XIII. PERSONAL DATA BREACHES
In the case of a personal data breach, the controller shall without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, notify the personal data breach to the supervisory authority competent in accordance with Article 55, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Where the notification to the supervisory authority is not made within 72 hours, it shall be accompanied by reasons for the delay.
When the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the controller shall communicate the personal data breach to the data subject without undue delay.
